Honor Guard/Parade Engine 1949 Mack Originally part of a large order to be delivered to the Chicago Fire Department in 1949, this engine and an identical sister engine were emergency shipped to the Argonne National Laboratory Fire Department in late 1949. The Mack was purchased by the Ralston Fire Department in the 1960's. Thanks to the Chicago Fire Musuem and Mack for their help preserving the history of the "deuce." |
